Are you tired of poor warranties, extensive warranty exceptions, legalese and short warranty periods? We are also.
EOS stands by a simple, straightforward warranty policy: Our systems are meticulously engineered using the highest quality materials for rugged use and long-term reliability in harsh conditions, and so we fully back every product we make. If you encounter any issues related to the design, function, materials, or workmanship of your products, during the first 5 years of ownership, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you. In cases where our suppliers provide longer or lifetime warranties, we will pass those benefit along to you.
In cases where issues arise from installation instructions not being followed, relevant modifications made by a customer/installer or unintentional damage during normal off-roading use, we promise to apply common sense and fairness in resolving the issue, always with your satisfaction in mind. Please be aware that because of the generous nature of our warranty period, it applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners nor vehicles.
Similarly, if you screwed up, own it, be reasonable, and we will do our best to keep you satisfied.
No Returns. No Refunds.
Did you buy something once, sit on it for 29 days, then march back to the store for a full credit or cash? Cool story — but that’s not how we roll. We would love to be as good as Amazon with returns and refunds but we don’t design or sell anything you can find on Amazon.
We still stand behind our products for five solid years — because a real warranty is about doing the right thing when something’s actually wrong. But simple buyer’s remorse, install errors, or “my plans changed” won’t qualify for a return or a refund. Measure twice, order once, and hit the trail.
